The Northern Illinois Big 12 Conference is a high school athletic conference with twelve high schools in northern Illinois. The conference is divided into two divisions—East and West.

DeKalb, Kaneland, Morris, Sycamore, Yorkville

WEST:
Geneseo, LaSalle-Peru, Ottawa, Rochelle, Sterling
